It’s only possible to add a note to an actual incident, not reports, dashboards or other Analytics and Reporting pages.

Thanks Doug for responding on my query.
So yes, I am looking to export that NOTES data respective to each incident in the reports as a column like creation date, incident number.

Hi Sujitha,

While our Analytic reports do not have this capability, you can use the REST API /incidents/{id}/notes endpoint to gather the notes associated with each incident.
